Homemade Ginger Ale

Did you know you can make ginger ale at home? 🫚🥤 and without all the added sugar! 😮 This is such a good and refreshing summer drink!!

Ingredients

  • 1 ginger root
  • 1 cup brown truvia
  • 1 cup water
  • 1.5 cups chilled sparkling water
  • ice

Directions

  • Into a sauce pan add chopped ginger root, truvia brown sugar and water
  • Simmer for a couple of minutes
  • Take off heat, let it cool, then pour into a jar
  • Add a few tbsp of syrup into a glass
  • add ice, top with sparkling water and garnish with a slice of lemon 🍋
